Had an Easee one fitted, arrived as scheduled and completed with very little disruption. Cleaned up afterwards and help set up the app on my phone, very friendly and helpful. Would recommend these guys, from the the quote to the completed installation

Fantastic job done by the team at Insight Energy. Fairly involved job which involved running cable through soffits into roof and underground in armoured cable. Done a first class job and left everything nice and tidy. Would highly recommend using them!

Kristian's team did a great job installing solar panels and storage battery with all the associated wiring equipment. They were quick and helpful and behaved professionally at all times. Initially, there were some niggles with the inverter not staying connected to the internet but that issue was quickly resolved.Kristian's company had previously fitted a replacement car charger for me so I was confident about their ability to do a second job.

We are very happy with the installation of our Simpson & Partners EV charger by Insight Energy. Despite our exacting requests (for it to be mounted on an oak post and running the cables under existing paths) they made light work of it and nothing was too much trouble. The three guys who did the installation were great and left everything tidy. We have no hesitation in recommending Kristian and his team at Insight Energy, the whole process from start to finish was excellent.

Insight fitted an Ev Charger for me early June, I needed as soon as possible as I did not even know two weeks before that I was going electric. They turned up on time, resolved issues with the siting ( can’t be near a water tap) and explained everything as they went along, including to my neighbour whose wall the charger had to be fitted to. Guys were extremely knowledgeable, polite, tidy and professional, highly recommend Insight and the team

Insight Energy installed an EV charger at my home and they were really good excellent at all stages of the project. Communication was perfect with their MD, Kristian, before and after the install. He is a very proactive business minded person, which is great. The team that did the installation was very friendly and did exactly what I wanted, with a very neat result (no visible cable from outside). They did a very professional job and I will use them again in the future.

I can't rate these guys highly enough, they did a really good job and my EV charger looks great, thank you. Kristian was very attentive throughout, right from the initial enquiry. Whenever I had a question, Kristian responded quickly and gave me all the information I needed. When it came to the installation, the guys did a really neat job and tidied up after themselves. Excellent service and found them via a chance recommendation. I know nothing about EV chargers so messaged and Kristian quickly responded and then rang to talk me through in an open, honest and importantly understandable way. I took some pictures of the house and fuse box etc and Kristian did the rest with what I needed and provided a quote that same day. Booked in for the following week and two very polite chaps popped over to install.Install was incredible as first consideration was how to best ensure the wires will be hidden rather than just putting up. Talked me over the options and went about their business. Even gave me an early warning of when they will be needing the power off.Really professional firm where the team take pride in their work and go the extra mile.Recommended, thanks guys.

I have been very pleased with the service I have received from Insight Energy for installing a home charger for my electric car. . The initial enquiry was dealt with professionally and the knowledge evident from our conversation gave me confidence that the company knows what it is doing.The chap who came to install the charger arrived on time, was very polite and was a tidy worker,. All round, a very pleasant experience.

Faced with a choice of supplier/installers online quoting for a 'standard install' that I was pretty sure mine wouldn't be, I wanted to talk to a human being about my EV charger installation. Kristian at Insight Energy responded promptly to all my enquiries and had his people out in a couple of weeks. Jack and Tom were friendly, respectful and tidy and got the job done with no fuss, taking time to explain everything and help me set up the app. They also upgraded the domestic 'tails' as the first stage towards a main fuse upgrade. I would definitely recommend them.

Fantastic advice and service throughout - Kristian helped us to arrive at the best choice of charger for our needs and has been very responsive with emails. Kristian and his team made the whole process extremely simple. The best charger for my requirements was recommended and not only does it work perfectly, it also looks great. I'm not a hugely technical person when it comes to electrical work, so knowing that everything was sorted, was very reassuring.

Kristian and the team came recommended to us at Haydn Jacks Lettings through Chris at Inchcape BMW in Ipswich.We were given sound advice on chargers (we chose Easee) and we booked the install date. It's now installed, looking great and already my staff are charging their cars.I just have to wait for my own EV to turn up now.

Fantastic Service. From ordering to the final instalment, it was faultless. The engineers arrived early, they were very friendly, neat, nothing was a problem and I couldn't believe how quickly it was all installed and thoroughly tested. Really can't recommend Insight Energy enough.
