For us, “The Insight Way” isn’t just a catchphrase. It’s how we show up- for each other, for our clients and for the planet.
From the solar panels we install to the toilet paper we choose at HQ, from tracking our emissions with Seedling to partnering with responsible suppliers, we consider the full impact of our decisions.
Our first year as a certified B Corp has flown by- and while it’s been busy and sometimes challenging, it’s also been deeply rewarding. We’ve grown, adapted, and remained grounded in our commitment to do better, even when it’s not the easiest path.
What This Report Represents
Our Impact Report captures both the big wins and the quiet work happening every day across our business:

- Monthly office energy tracking and annual audits to inform smarter decisions
- Supplier engagement to improve carbon measurement and share best practice
And beyond the numbers, it reflects choices that won’t show up on a spreadsheet- like saying “yes” when a team member wants to attend their child’s sports day. Or prioritising employee health, wellbeing and flexibility without compromise.
Always Learning, Always Accountable
Being a B Corp means we’re constantly challenged to do better– and that’s what we love about it. We’ve used this first report to take a clear-eyed look at where we are and where we want to go.
It’s not just about reducing carbon (though that’s always front and centre). It’s about building a business that’s good for people and good for the planet- but also being brave enough to look at the data, learn from it, and act.
Looking Ahead
We’re heading into the next year with big ambitions. This Impact Report is just the beginning. We’ll continue to refine our operations, expand our impact and hold ourselves accountable to the high standards we believe our industry needs more of.
